Discussion of and critical writing about controversies in contemporary American politics; aimed at fostering analytical abilities in reading comprehension, oral, and written expression.
Prereq: Honors standing, and 101 or 300, and English 110 or 111, and Soph standing; or permission of instructor. Not open to students with credit for 367.01 or 367.01H. GE writing and comm course: level 2 and soc sci orgs and polities course.
