Brooke O'Leary, the Academic Planning Specialist and advisor for the Data Analytics major, has been named a winner of this year’s NACADA Global Award for Excellence in Advising – Primary Advising Role!

NACADA is a global community of over 14,000 professional advisors, counselors, faculty, administrators, and students working to enhance the educational development of students. The annual Excellence in Advising Awards recognize individuals who demonstrate qualities and practices that make significant contributions to the improvement of academic advising. The advisor primary role recognizes individuals whose primary role at the institution is the direct delivery of advising services to students.

Brooke was previously named a winner of this award at the regional level. The Global Award spans the United States and its territories and Canada.
