Data I/O is an annual data analytics competition, organized through OHI/O, Ohio State's hackathon program, that is open to all undergraduate students at Ohio State - regardless of major or skill level. Data I/O provides concentrated practice analyzing data and the opportunity to collaborate with peers, professors, and professionals in the fields of data science and analytics.

Groups of 1-4 work on projects related to AI and predictive algorithms, data visualization, and/or actionable insights. Data sets are provided by the sponsoring companies (Microsoft, CoverMyMeds, Honda, Mid-Ohio Food Bank, Beam, AMEND, Infoverity, and Irth Solutions). Judges will award prizes for best overall project, runner-up, best visualization, and best insights. Mentors will be available to help throughout the day.

Register: Students can express their interest in participating by submitting an online interest form.
